• Offers subject to hospital policies

09. Payments & Refund

• All payments are non-refundable
• Membership once activated cannot be canceled
• Payment disputes must be reported within 7 days

10. User & Hospital Rights

Provide accurate data. Do not misuse health cards.

Verify card authenticity. Modify or refuse service based on policy.

11. Legal & Liability

• Not responsible for medical outcomes
• Not responsible for hospital service issues
• Governed by laws of Tamil Nadu (Chennai/Madurai)
